Tried posting this comment on the previous post but couldn’t. So how many of the images gathered from said Nobel Laureate’s books came true or seemed familiar? Because all my images of Istanbul are thanks to his books
This will become clear to me only as I write, Rash. But I’m afraid it won’t be many, and one reason is that I haven’t read his memoir, Istanbul. That book I shall pick up only after writing about the city here.
